Sons of Valhalla combines side-scrolling combat and base-building strategy in a beautiful pixel art Viking Age world. You play as Thorald Olavson, a warrior obsessed with finding the jarl who burned down his home, kidnapped his lover and fled to distant England. Create a squad, create fortresses and personally lead your troops in a great saga of revenge. Across the North Sea, far from home, you must first establish a fortress from which you can launch an offensive. Hunting down your enemy will require resources, soldiers, and strategic thinking. Manage a growing economy, create siege camps and training grounds, gather a huge army and raid neighboring villages to replenish your resources and push back the enemy.
